1. Session Duration: Each session lasts for the duration specified in the package. Please be on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session.

2. Mode- Audio sessions would be conducted over network call or Whatsapp audio call. Video sessions would be conducted via Google Meet.

3. Package Expiry- Once a session is booked, it must be availed within the specified duration. This ensures effective scheduling and availability for all clients. Extensions will only be granted if the therapist is unavailable during the booked time.

4. Payment Terms: Payments are due at the time of booking to secure a confirmed slot. We accept various payment methods, including online bank transfers and UPI payments.

Varuni is a compassionate and experienced counselling psychologist dedicated to helping individuals enhance their well-being. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, and a Master’s from Jamia Millia Islamia University.

She also holds a certification in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) from IHMH, Institute of Holistic Mental Health.
